As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to the manufacturing company to confirm that your product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to make a plan with you going forward with the purchase. If your item(s) are in stock your order will take 2-3 days to process and then be sent for shipping.
Order Shipment & Delivery Time:

The Carmen Collection offers three basic finishes, Antique, Natural and Whitewash. The counter stools feature commercial grade reinforced rattan bases, swivel mechanisms & reinforced double pole footrests. The stool will come with instructions and requires assembly. This counter stool comes with a comfortable beige cushion as shown. For an upcharge you can choose from your choice of over 35 indoor fabrics with a variety of colors and patterns to match your decor.
