Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $10 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. 

Custom orders are not refundable or eligible for a return. This does include the following brands - Campania, Gist, and Archpot.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing the order or to the original customer that placed the order. 

*Cancellations for orders of 5+ items are responsible for the credit card/ processing transaction fees. 

 

Returns Policy

* All returns the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs. 

We understand that sometimes you need to return an item, so we work closely with our suppliers to ensure a hassle-free shipping experience. If an item is eligible for a return or exchange you can return your order within the first 20 days from the purchase date per the terms outlined below. With each supplier having their own policy and return system please email our team at returns@airpuria.com, so we can provide you with the proper return shipping process. 

For any returns or exchanges you (the buyer) will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

All returns must meet these criteria

  • The product must have been purchased at airpuria.com
  • Product is in New and Original Condition
  • Must be in original packaging included accessories and materials
  • A return request must be within 20 days of the purchase date
  • Do not open the top compartment of the air purifier unit or try fixing the product, this could void the warranty- please contact our team if there are any issues when your product arrives. 
  • Do not try to fix any part of the product, this could void the warranty.

All returns will be inspected and we reserve the right to modify the refund amount depending upon the product condition.

 

Defective Products

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@airpuia.com  and we will begin the exchange process. The Airpuria Team will contact the supplier immediately and contact you with the next steps for an exchange.  Warranty or return could be voided if you try to fix the issue yourself, so please contact our team for the next steps. 

If you are receiving a product that requires LTL shipping please do not accept the product if it is damaged. Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives.
