Warranty

The warranty program for the Model 1 is 1 year. If for some reason you encounter a warranty related issue, please call our support line and we will be ready to resolve your issue as soon as possible. After the first year, you will continue to have lifetime access to our customer support line.

Installation

Installing the Model 1 is a straight forward process. The Model 1 arrives assembled and the remaining set-up process can be completed in a few simple steps. 1.) Move the cold plunge to where you want it in your backyard. . 2.) Wait 24 hours for the refrigerant in the chiller to settle. 3.) Fill the cold plunge with water. 4.) Plug in your cold plunge and set your desired temperature. 5.) Start cold plunging!

Electrical Requirements

The Model 1 runs on a 110v electrical circuit. It is plug and play.
