Enlighten Dry Traditional Sauna MoonLight - 2 Peak - 2 Person Outdoor Sauna

We purchased a sauna for our business from Enlighten on June 11th with a lead time of 8-12 weeks. Down payment (50%) was made and received immediately. This part was seamless and easy. Received an update from Enlighten Customer Support on August 23rd that our order was being loaded overseas and the arrival time was the last week of September. On September 19th we were told the container would arrive in 4 weeks. On October 10th we were informed it was on the water and it is expected in 3-4 weeks. After weeks of calls and emails we finally received communication on November 26th that it would be arriving at the port in California sometime between December 1st and December 12th. On January 6th we were informed it was still in line to be unloaded. January 17th the containers were being unloaded and the items would be sorted and shipped out. January 28th they were in the process of shipping it out. February 4th they were expecting pickup any day now and were assured it would ship out that week. Two weeks later there is still no tracking info. I can’t speak to the quality of their work but unless you want to wait over 8 months for a sauna I would choose another brand. This is par for the course if you read any of the reviews. Most people state they gave up, asked for a refund and after months they got it minus 20% that the manufacturer keeps. It is a good business strategy on their part to make 20% and never have to ship anything.

Fit together perfectly, no visible flaws in the wood cabinet, is working well. extremely pleased overall.

Works great, enough room for my spouse and myself. Seller was awesome with any questions or concerns. We really enjoy our sauna.

First off the shipping was super fast literally pulled up to my home in 2 days I use it everyday just changes the quality of life best investment for my home gym ... looks great.

This is a great affordable sauna. I have used everyday since receiving. Engineering of product is great, good fit, good quality.
