PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The BA-600 Ion Distribution System is the Gold Standard in Air Purification Technology. The BA-600 is UL-2998 certified for zero ozone emissions and UL-867. These units are designed for room installation to proactively attack airborne viruses directly at the breathing zones. BSE’s Ion Distribution System works independently or in conjunction with the HVAC system.
Our units are manufactured to feature a “Plug and Play” industrial-grade construction, whisper-quiet acoustics, wireless speed control, and a 180-degree discharge pattern. The units require very little maintenance, and are portable or can be wall-mounted.
Simply mount to the wall, plug into a standard outlet, and it’s ready to use. Also comes with 1″ legs for desktop use! Bluetooth remote included!
Important Information:
Be wary of competitors ion output claims. Typical measurements taken directly at the needlepoint brushes can be misleading due to many factors. For ionizers to be effective, the ions have to be concentrated in the breathing zones. Ionizers placed inside HVAC air distribution systems, including, air handlers, ducts, VAV terminals, dampers, and diffusers, will most likely produce little to no ions in the actual breathing zone, especially after discharging through a supply diffuser designed for the Coanda effect.
Ions have a limited life and the more surfaces and particles they come in contact with, the faster they become neutralized. Through our testing, ionization devices not installed directly in the breathing zone are not conducive for maximizing ion output at the breathing zone. Please reference our BA-350, BA-600, BA-800, and BA-1000 for maximum ion outputs directly at the breathing zone. Our products are rated and tested for ion output from 2 feet to 40 feet away from our devices, directly at the breathing zone in real world conditions.

How does Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization work?
The NPBI® technology works to safely clean the air inside your building. The technology uses an electroniccharge to create a plasma field filled with a high concentration of + and – ions that replicate those commonly found in nature. As these ions travel with the air stream, they attach to particles, pathogens and gases/odors. As the ions attach to airborne particles (including fine, sub-micron particles) they are then attracted to each other, making the particulate more easily filterable and increasing capture efficiency. Ions also deactivate pathogens by robbing them of life-sustaining hydrogen.
