REPLACEMENT FILTERS: 

Pre-Filter -Wash every 4 months
HEPA Filter -Replace every 12 months
Carbon Filter -Replace every  6 months

A notification from the FILTR App will indicate when a pre-set amount of time has gone by and these filters should be serviced. In some cases where there is higher pollution, the filter may need to be serviced more often. Look for signs that the unit needs early maintenance such as reduced airflow and increased noise. 

Pre-Filter

FILTR Revolution comes with a pre-filter.  

The unit keypad and the FILTR app will indicate when a 4 month time period has been elapsed for the pre-filter. Unlike the other filters, the pre-filter does not need to be replaced each time. It is made of washable material and can be re-used a number of times until it shows signs of wear and tear.

The pre-filter can be cleaned off with regular soap and water Ensure that the filter is dried thoroughly before re-installing it into the Revolution

HEPA Filter

FILTR Revolution comes with a HEPA filter. 

The HEPA filter is scheduled to be replaced after twelve months of use. The unit and the FILTR app will indicate when this time period has elapsed. The filter may need to be changed out more frequently if the Revolution is in an area with a large amount of pollution. 

A HEPA filter is a proprietary designed filter created to remove particulate contamination ranging in size from 0.01micron and larger. This includes viruses, bacteria, dander, dust, pollen, and mold spores. 

Humidity will not affect the HEPA filter's performance in terms of particle capture.

Activated Carbon Filter

FILTR Revolution comes with an activated carbon filter.

The carbon filter will help remove smells and VOCs (volatile organic compound)

Recommended that it be replaced after 4 months of regular use. The filter may need to be changed out more frequently if the Revolution unit is in an area with a large amount of pollution, or the lifetime may be able to be extended if the area has very light pollution.

Higher humidity levels (above 50%) will have an effect on carbon filtration. The higher the humidity the less adsorption the carbon filter will be.

Mounting Options: 

 FILTR Revolution comes standard with wheels and can be placed on any flat surface.

-VERTICAL MOUNTING KIT - Ceiling mount brackets are available to allow FILTR Revolution to be hung from the ceiling.

-HORIZONTAL MOUNTING KIT - Wall mount brackets are available to allow FILTR Revolution to be mounted vertically to a wall or column

Integrate with HVAC system: 

FILTR Revolution can be integrated into an existing HVAC. This would be done by creating a bypass to the HVAC system and ducting air from that system directly into and or out of FILTR Revolution.  This ducting connection is made via the optional 10” duct adapter kit.
