Powered by a premium 6.0 kW Harvia electric heater, the Aurora delivers powerful, consistent heat with temperatures reaching up to 170°F. The included wooden bucket and ladle allow you to pour water over the heated sauna stones, creating soothing bursts of steam and allowing you to personalize the humidity for an authentic Finnish-style wet or dry sauna experience. A convenient built-in delay timer lets you schedule your sauna session up to eight hours in advance.

Expertly crafted from solid Western Red Cedar, the Aurora features sturdy 1⅜-inch-thick lumber, precision ball-and-socket construction, and durable stainless steel hardware. Its traditional barrel shape encourages natural heat circulation, while opposing interior benches comfortably accommodate two to four adults or provide additional room to stretch out during a peaceful solo session. Weather-resistant support cradles, a protective shingled roof, and an included flat floor kit enhance durability and comfort for outdoor installation.

Thoughtful amenities enhance every sauna experience, including interior dome lighting that creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Ergonomic backrests provide additional support, while a traditional sand timer and thermo-hygrometer allow you to monitor your sauna sessions with ease. A tempered glass door adds an elegant finishing touch while welcoming natural light into the interior.

SunRay uses the latest in FAR infrared heating technology. Our carbon nano heaters do not use wires to "conduct FAR Infrared heat; rather we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then laminated which results in ultra-low EMF levels suitable for continuous use.

Our FAR infrared panels produce 5.6-15 micron far infrared rays which closely resemble the natural human spectrum. They are easily absorbed by the body tissue and muscles providing enhanced stress relief and blood flow."

CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS

SunRay saunas are constructed of only premium grade Canadian Red Cedar or Hemlock wood. Canada's cold climate makes wood grow slowly which ensures great strength, stability and corrosion resistance.

At SunRay we use laser cut tongue and groove panels for unsurpassed strength and durability. All of our saunas are seal coated on the exterior to provide long lasting appeal while the interior is sanded to provide a smooth and relaxing finish and we only use non-toxic materials to seal and coat our saunas.

SunRay Saunas carry a comprehensive 7-year structural warranty against defects in materials and workmanship ensuring you are receiving one of the highest quality saunas made.
